Seven Springs Development Co., Inc. and MD Quality Homes, Inc. are owned by Dwayne Edde and W. Mark Ellis. Seven Springs is focused on building condos while MD Quality Homes builds all single family detached houses.

Though the companies have different names, the determination to build the highest quality homes at affordable prices is the same. We have found that affordable homes in convenient places around the Atlanta area are difficult to find and have committed ourselves to meet that need.

As members of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) we are constantly working to improve our products and services to meet the highest standards in the home building industry.
